dictated by this highly technical industry. Our genuine craftsmanship,

This is the start, a custom
configured flat sheet "Blank"
that is .120 inch (3.175mm)
thick aluminum.

One of the wonderful results of this process is that we waste
very little raw material, and when this part was originally
designed to be made from "Billet" or a solid block,
we were able to deliver this part at almost the cost of the
raw material.
Finally, after a few finish
processes, the 12" square part is now ready for shipment.

Manufacturing this part starts with
commercial tube (6061-T6) then shaped into the desired shape.
This
particular part is a direct replacement for obsolete antistatic
component in commercial aircraft.

This Hy-Mu Gyro Housing is a component for one of the Guidance System applications that Quick Draw supports. Pictured here are the many increments required to develop this part from flat stock.
Parts are checked at every phase of manufacturing to assure appropriate dimensions are achieved, so that the final product will meet the print requirements.\
This type of part often requires secondary operations, ranging from painting or marking to anodizing or plating. Quick Draw provides a wide variety of secondary operations to meet the needs of our customers.
