One of our latest challenges was to create a seamless
aluminum tube from an alloy not available in tube form and make the
wall thickness .020 +/- .002" 12" tall, with an inside and
outside dimension of +/- .002".

SHORT RUN ASSEMBLED COMPONENTS
Brazed, soldered and spot welded assemblies are accomplished on
a daily basis.
These parts originate from three different parts, each built separately
and then furnace brazed, which results in parts that almost appear
to be made from only one piece.
We work hard seeking the best sources for all of the services performed
outside of our plant. We will always continue to maintain our Liaison
Engineering Staff, who combined with our Quality Department go through
our required qualification steps before we use any outside vendor's
services.
MOTOR COMPONENTS
Commercial parts make up a large amount of our product
mix. Parts like this electric motor shield are shipped from our
plant on a daily basis.
By employing the many steps, we can achieve parts
that do not require secondary operations like welding, to achieve
the required features.
Many of our customers enjoy their proprietary products
and we, as a proven supplier, can in most cases forecast their usage
in advance, which allows us to run their product as a "Fill
in Item" during a rare seasonal quiet period assuring products
when they need them.
TRANSDUCER HOUSINGS - COME IN MANY SHAPES
Pressure sensors are used to create an electrical
signal have many uses and applications. We enjoy building components
that are part of this growing segment of our business, as well as
a variety of similar parts.

part. Parts of this type are used in aircraft hydraulics, automotive
applications as well as commercial uses such as air conditioning

TIGHT TOLERANCE - THIN PARTS

Take into consideration the difficulty of working with hard beryllium copper, only .004/.006” thick. The customer needed these parts drawn to limits beyond those attainable by previous vendors.
