Tooling Engineers use the SolidWorks 3D CAD program all of our parts and tooling in-house. Our CAD is also used to assist in our Computer Aided Machining, software. CAM Works allows us to watch every step before machining and avoid costly mistakes.
Our shop uses all American made Haas CNC machinery. By using a local manufacturer any machinery downtime is minimized.
Tooling and dies
The tooling is designed in SolidWorks 3D CAD modeling software, which allows us to visualize and simulate the stamping process. This leads to a reliable die design that is optimized for the given application. Several aspects of the given part design, such as material of construction, production volume, part size, and dimensional tolerances, all dictate the design of the tooling and the stamping process that should be used.
Quality Control
Most recently we have added the capability of a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), a FARO Edge with Laser Line Probe. With the FARO software we are able to offer comprehensive data for every lot of parts shipped. Our goal is to continuously meet and exceed customer expectations. This service is centered on providing quality parts.
