Deep Drawing Services
Deep drawing is a stamping process in which flat material is formed into a 3D shape through the use of a die press. We work with aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium, and nickel alloys, among others, to create a variety of hollow 3D shapes for the aerospace, medical, defense, OEM, and automotive industries. Depending on the material, part geometry, and the depth of the draw, this may have to be done in progressive steps to prevent fracturing of the material. An in-depth understanding of materials, industry experience, and extensive metal working knowledge are all imperative to the ability to develop a deep drawing process that produces premium quality parts at the lowest possible price.
Hydroforming
Hydroforming is a unique process wherein a metal blank is formed using a pressurized bladder that forces the flat sheet into a die that is machined to be the negative of the part shape. Since the pressures forming the part are completely uniform, stresses are evenly distributed resulting in much lower maximum stresses.
This even distribution of pressure also results in very uniform wall thickness, has an outstanding surface finish, reduces tooling costs – all while holding close tolerances. Tolerances as tight as .002” can be held as needed to produce precision parts for customers in the aerospace, medical, scientific, defense, and automotive industries.
Finish
Machining
Quick Draw & Machining specializes in metal forming but also offers decades of machining expertise to finish orders. Our experience lends extensive knowledge in machining exotic or difficult materials such as copper beryllium, inconsistent alloys like Invar or stubborn materials such as Inconel.
The latest CNC mills, lathes, and drill presses allow us to offer a wide range of machining capabilities. The machining processes that we offer are complementary to our expertise in deep drawing. These capabilities make it possible to manufacture more complex parts and tighter tolerances. Our Haas VF-5XT with 5th-Axis trunnion allows us to accommodate more complex machining needs. Ask us today how our machining services can help accomplish your formed part complete to print.

Laser Marking
Laser marking is a highly precise and non-contact process used to engrave or mark metals with permanent, high-quality designs, text, barcodes, logos, or serial numbers. The process utilizes a focused laser beam to alter the surface properties of the metal without causing significant material loss or damage.
Laser marking metal services are essential for industries that require precise, durable, and customizable markings for functional and aesthetic purposes. They offer a modern and efficient solution for branding, traceability, and compliance needs.
