Automotive Metal Forming & Deep Drawing

Quick Draw supports automotive manufacturers and suppliers with formed and machined metal components built to customer specifications. From replacement and replica parts to custom automotive applications, our work focuses on dimensional accuracy, material requirements, and repeatable production.

Our experience in aluminum drawing and complex metal forming helps customers address challenging shapes and detailed component requirements.

Manufacturing Automotive Replacement & Replica Parts

Automotive replacement and replica parts require careful attention to geometry, dimensions, and fit. Quick Draw manufactures components from customer drawings, applying decades of metalworking experience to the requirements of each part.

Our capabilities include deep drawing, hydroforming, precision stamping, and finish machining. Depending on the material and geometry, forming may involve multiple operations to achieve the required shape. Secondary machining can address features and dimensions that require additional work after forming.

Materials & Tooling for Automotive Metal Components

Quick Draw has extensive experience drawing aluminum, including complex shapes with defined angles. We also work with stainless steel, steel, nickel alloys, and other specialty metals. Material thickness, draw depth, bend radii, and surface requirements all influence the manufacturing approach.

Tooling is designed and manufactured in-house, supporting control over the forming process and consistency between production runs. Laser marking and additional finishing processes can also be supported when specified.

Whether you are sourcing a replacement component or preparing an automotive part for production, Quick Draw can review your print, material, quantity, and dimensional requirements.

At QUICK DRAW & MACHINING, INC. precision isn’t just what we do, it’s who we are. With over 70 years of experience in metal forming and machining, we’ve built a reputation on delivering excellence to even the most demanding aerospace, medical and defense-industry clients.
